in an attempt to tell a friend that everything will be alright amidst an extremely hard time, it is encouraged that she start by not blaming herself, not keeping it inside and by just breathing...the only logical thing to do in an attempt to move forward. the reference to the serenity prayer is used to express the acceptance of what we as humans can't change. written in summer of 2007.
